How long does the process take?
You can expect to have your designs ready in under 5-7 working days post-approval. (If your space is a lot more complex and needs more time for us to do a good job, we will let you know in advance)
Can I modify/ amendment my design?
Yes, you can request a single round of changes as part of the standard service costs.
We don’t always get it right. So, we’d like to offer you the option to rethink a few things and request an amendment.
If you need a completely different design worked on, you must make a new order. We offer a 35% discount for any additional orders.
Why do you ask for payment upfront?
We’ve been designing gardens all across the country for a long time and we’re confident in our ability to deliver a quality service. Asking for payment upfront allows us to dedicate our time and resources to your project.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
You can request a refund at any time before the kickoff call takes place. However, due to the nature of our work, refunds cannot be issued once we have started working on the first concept.
Is It Possible For You To Draw My Plan Without Visiting It?
In addition to the data you provide, we will use publicly available data, such as Google Maps and Street View, to understand your terrain and space. If this is not enough, we may need to ask you for photos or measurements (we aim for 80% accuracy).
