The Costings
To help the client work out the cost of implementing this solution, we generated a cost breakdown sheet which included all the Labour and material costs. They were able to to use these to approach the developer with one, a professionally designed solution to the water logging issue and two the actual cost of implementing the solution solution. This resulted in the developer having no choice but to pay a substantial amount for the costs for implementing the fix.
