The Design Process begins (21-28 Days)
Our creative team will work through various ideas based on your needs and property conditions to create a design you will love! Draw up all the construction drawings and get all your latest pricing/mock quote.
Receive Your Design
After developing your design, we will send it to you in PDF and JPG format ready for you to look at.
Revisions
If you would like any changes made, complete the changes request form and submit it for amendments to be made to your designs.
Construction Detail Pack (7-14 days)
Get the complete set of construction-ready drawings, a detailed materials list, and a mock quote with labour and material costs to guide your project implementation.

How long does the process take?
You can expect to have your designs ready in under 30-45 working days post-approval. (If your space is a lot more complex and needs more time for us to do a good job, we will let you know in advance)
Can I modify/ amendment my design?
You can request unlimited changes as part of the standard service costs.
We sometimes don’t get it right. We’d like to offer you the option to rethink a few things and request an amendment.
If you need a completely different design created, you must place a new order. We offer a 35% discount for any additional orders.
Why do you ask for payment upfront?
We’ve been designing gardens all across the country for a long time and we’re confident in our ability to deliver a quality service. Asking for payment upfront allows us to dedicate our time and resources to your project.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
You can request a refund at any time before the kickoff call takes place. However, due to the nature of our work, refunds cannot be issued once we have started working on the first concept.
