What I Used to Do

In order to kick off & deliver a project, I used to

Spent hours driving to client sites—sometimes up to 3 hours on the road.
Dedicated only 30–60 minutes onsite for measurements, a quick chat, and occasionally a coffee.
Lost entire days to travel, leaving little time for actual design work.
Charged high fees to cover travel, time, and effort, often creating stress for clients.
Felt limited by geography, unable to work with clients outside my local area.
Managed an inefficient and draining process that capped the number of projects I could take on.
